Maxx Grill - Ham Lake

My niece and I absolutely love BINGO and Maxx was the perfect half way mark between us. The food was hot and delicious, the waitress was prompt and friendly, and the Bingo Caller was loud and clear. The whole even was relaxing and fun. It's was good food and good place but service was a little slow and the guy peeing in the parking lot was hilarious but a little concerning to see while eating . Horrible service. Waitress forgot multiple items, including someone 's entire order. Never came to check on us. We had to flag down a Maxx employee who said, I 'm only here to do bingo. Wouldn 't even find out waitress or check on our food. Should have walked out without paying for this horrible lack of service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
