Hubby wanted lobster for his birthday dinner, we decided to get them steamed at the Fishermen's Net. Oh MY! I think I must have been cooking lobster wrong my whole life. The lobster was tender, sweet, tasty, and EASY! To say nothing of the great price!

Thanks for your help on Friday! I appreciate you taking the time to talk to my daughter about fish she might like and encouraging us to try the squid. We stuffed it with hot Italian sausage , peppers and onions. It was awesome!
