If you have been to Spain, you know that all of the food is incredible. And this little restaurant in this little town was no exception. My friends and I went there for lunch and drank delicious wine and had their tasting menu which was EXCELLENT. Reservations were tricky, but we had the woman who set up our wine tours (Katja at Slate Wine bar another great place) booked our lunch reservations.

There are few things that are more satisfying than finding a restaurant that combines local cuisine with simplicity and world-class execution. This is one of these restaurants. I’m in love with Priorat, but apart from that, this restaurant alone is worth a new trip from Sweden. The menu is set and at our visit the starter was beautifully plated calamari, followed by a scallop served with wine infused peas and garlic. The main was either a piece of cod cooked to absolute perfection or duck confit that would be worth a major detour in itself. Service couldn’t be friendlier and I’m just over the moon right now.
