Whataburger - Grapevine

This is one of the best what a burgers in the chain. if in a walk you have a look at the deck. I will not tell you, but rich last and I both said wow! beautiful service, greeted us, took my free what a burger voucher without problem. the fries were golden brown and crispy, the burger was juicy with crispy fresh vegetables, and the bungalow was naturally roasted. so I want my something for a burger. friendly and delicious. 5 stars of me.

I need to be critical. I’ve been to this location no less than a dozen times over the last year and every time, the service gets slower and slower.Tonight was no different. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through, just to receive cold food and a flat/bad sprite. I would have gone back and complained but I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes.Officially breaking up with Whataburger. Just doesn’t seem like anyone cares about customer service or quality food anymore.

This place is absolutely the best. The service is incredible. Lester was very helpful in making sure our meal was great! This in my experience is one of the best places I've eaten. I will be back, hungry for more.
