An Pucan - Galway

We had a late lunch and a couple pints when we arrived in Galway. The bartender and wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were trying to dial in our beer and food choice and the crew gave us the overview and their recommendations. They were spot on everything was excellent. I added a half dozen oysters and was not disappointed. Possibly the best pub in town.

Great pub for sports or even bachorlette parties! Liverpool lost because the ref sucked, but I still had a good time.

Had the Irish stew twice in two days. If I hadn't left town, I'd probably have made it three. Big, fun pub with live music.

Live music band, friendly staff. Had cider, beers to go with spicy chicken wings. Yummy

Ate here first night and food was tasty and grand for bar food. Nice big bar but horrendous pop music piped through the place, especially the outdoors section which gave it a bit of a lowest common denominator vibe and reduces the coolness factor for me : Still, it looks like a place you could have good craic....
