Restaurant bewertenThis was such a cute authentic restaurant. I came without a reservation but it seems like a popular spot so I'd recommend making one if you want a guaranteed table. The staff was very kind upon entering and accommodated my party and myself while we waited for an available table. They only had one chef that night so it was a little slow but that's ok because the food was awesome. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and wooow it was delicious! I couldn't finish the whole plate but I was happy to have yummy leftovers. I really enjoyed the bread too! It was fresh and soft and paired nicely with oil and vinaigrette.
Staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We didn't have reservations, but they had a spot for us and sat us immediately. We were seated near the little wall fountain, and with the string lights overhead and the matching decor, we felt like we had left town. We ordered a Caesar salad to start and without being prompted, our waitress asked us if we wanted to split it to share; she literally read our minds! It was tossed lightly in its dressing and we topped each of our's with plenty of cheese sooo good; perhaps the best Caesar salad I've had! My sister really enjoyed her salmon entree, but we felt like the portion could have been bigger considering the tag. My fettuccine portion was HUGE, but I found it to be lacking in the amount of sauce it was tossed with.
Was looking for something new for a birthday dinner and decided to come here. The decor and ambiance was very nice. As for the food, the bruschetta was incredible as was the creamy, garlic Alfredo sauce. The focaccia they served was also very good. Their signature dish, the Cavatelli was spicy and the homemade pasta was as fresh as fresh can get. And you just have to end the dinner with their homemade Spumone. I would say that for fine Italian dining, this is probably a Top 5 place in town and definitely a date night place to check out. There were only two reasons why it didn't get 5 stars. First, the chicken with the fettuccine looked good but had very little flavor. The second was cost. NOTE: The prices on Yelp are around $12 lower than the actual cost, per the menu picture I posted. We had a party of 7. One $50 bottle of wine, 4 separate glasses of wine, two appetizers and 7 entrees and a couple desserts with an $80 tip was $541.22. When you go in with a mindset based on what you see online of spending around $350 and then get with this, it was a little bit of a shock, since it is still on my mind 5 days later. My wife and I definitely will return for date nights, but probably not with the whole family.
Said it was open on google maps : it was closed. how is it even possible to not have the right times on a website that gets you most of your service! embarrassing
