Chick-fil-a - Florence

We had never been to a Chik -fil-A before. Finally tried it since everyone said how good it was. We liked it! After trying it, we'll never order a chicken sandwich from Sonic again.

The ONLY place or time I can think of where I don't dread or get irritated when I see a long drive-thru line. The employees are always cheerful attentive. I can't remember having any issues with the food during the TONS of visits there over the years.

The Owner of this restaurant today told me to open up my (door dash) bag so he can put the order in my bag I told him no after waiting 30 mins for my customers order to be done I can put it in the bag my self he treated me as if I was a child and snatchedthe bag back from me and told me that he wasn't giving the bag to me under the policy it says that we are required to bring ourbag in but it does not say for him or any other employee to put the order in the bag themselves Customers do not understand whatwe as dashers have to go through to pick their orders up with restaurants and for the owner to act that way towards meespecially when I visit this restaurant on a daily is a degrace I opened that bag for him to put the order in and as I walkedoff he said for his employee to get my name and the customers name to report me when I've done nothing wrong I am a independentcontractor and I work for my self he thinks that I work for him and I do not I file a 1099 every year and I do not take ordersfrom any restaurant owners he tried to get me fired from my platform today so I gave him back the order and told him it wasn'tworth it he discriminated me and treated me poorly today and I would not recommend any dasher or any customer coming to thisrestaurant ever and I will be taking this incident to the next level

This was my first visit to this fast food restaurant. The restaurant was super busy in the drive thru as well as in the store. There is a person greeting you at the door which is very nice. There is a great amount of seating for customers. I had a mobileorder and was asked several times about the order until I finally received after a several minutes of waiting . They have goodselection of items to choose from and the chicken sandwich is always my choice. I do recommend

Chikfila on Irby has always been my preference for their efficient, extremely pleasant customer service. Today I had to wait maybe 2 minutes extra for my order- the young gentleman came out, apologized for the delay, and gave me an extra chicken sandwich free of charge. I choose every time to drive across town to visit Irby St. Chikfila because they are the best, hands down!
