Florere Caffe Bistrot - Firenze

Hey I don’t usually review but just don’t come here. The server told me my original order was no longer available and told me to order something else. He then brought out my original order and the new order saying I ordered both and he could not take it back. The same thing happened to the people at the table next to us. I’m a college student so I’m pretty upset. Save your money go to any of the better restaurants in this area. I should also add there was hair in my drink. Right on the rim of the glass. So yeah overall just don’t do it.

This little wine bar right off the Duomo, despite its prominent location was a bit of a find. They roll out a huge, albeit simple, spread of for aperativo, and for the price of a drink you can stand at the counter and eat your fill. The barman poured some good wines, though he didn't feel much like telling us about them (in English or Italian). Oh well we were there to drink them not to talk about them I guess.

The place is very nice. we took only two hot drinks but they have a counter stocked with many sweets, pasta and also a wide choice of salt. It's a little expensive because it's next to the cathedral but it has a great potential.

Happen by chance, even if I have lived in florence for many years, and I have been pleasantly surprised, very clean environment, staff prepared and courteous, and even without the discount the fork the prices are definitely low for the average, I press that the local is located in the center, exactly in Piazza duomo, highly recommended and comes out from the schemes of the local classics for tourists

An excellent discovery! wonderful place, lunch or dinner overlooking the cathedral, and the pampering of good food and good wine. friendly and always helpful staff.
