Ghiringhelli's Pizzeria - Fairfax

We were disappointed by our experience at this place. the pizza was just ok while it was expensive. when we got the leak, we were surprised to see that they have calculated the vegan cheese as extra, even if it is in the list of ingredients of the pizza vegan sky. the manager has fixed the problem and said that he has done us a favor because in the regular vegan pizza comes without cheese. I never heard such a bad explanation. definitiw won't back.

Ghiringhelli’s pizza has miyokos cheese on the menu that we can add to a sweet pizza that is excellent. kudos. otherwise the crust flabby and the sauce tastes flat. I would rather get an amys non-cheese frozen pizza and my own toppings on, starting with a wheel of miyoko’s cheese, which is the only good at ghiringhelli’s first place. updated by previous review on 2021-02-28

I had some of the vegan pizza- they use miyokos cheese that was amazing on a pizza. it was loaded with vegetables and was very fresh. they will not allow them to buy a piece of vegan, they need to buy a whole pizza cake that is vegan. it was so delicious, but and very full.

This is a nice little neighborhood restaurant. As a non-veg restaurant , of course there isn’t a huge variety of vegan things on the menu, a lot of things can be veganized. They even have a pizza called the vegan heaven, and the Greek salad hold the feta is great. And special props to the management. Once the server forgot to tell the cooks to use vegan cheese on the pizza. I could tell by looking at it when it arrived the cheese wasn’t vegan. Not only did they bring us a correct pizza ASAP, the restaurant absolutely insisted on comping our entire meal-salad, beers, and pizza for two people. Super classy. Made a loyal customer out of me!
