Restaurant bewertenGreat atmosphere. If you eat here you can either go to the bar and order or a waiter will come to the table. I had the fish tacos, and were on point. Live bands as well.
Ambiance: 10/10. Who doesn't love these slightly upscale but casual food halls?Bartender Vin: 10/10. Great attitude and great knowledge. Would hire in an instant if I were a manager just for his interactions with customers. We also got Louis at the evening Happy Hour. He was having a rough shift with a whole party showing up with just him at the front. Can't give him a rating simply on that rough night, but I could tell he was rolling with the punches well.Mid Season Sour: 10/10. One of my absolute favorite mixed drinks. Not incredibly sour. Well-balanced between the bourbon and the juices.Fish and Chips: 10/10. Crisp and meaty. The tots are great and the fries look solid, too.Crab Cakes: 10/10. Absolutely amazing. The best crab cakes I've had. Perfectly crisp. Not too crabby, not overly seasoned. Great by itself or with the sauce.Calamari: 8/10. Very good, but not something that blew me away. Crisp and fresh, so I can't complain.Coconut Shrimp: 9/10. I simply don't like a strong coconut flavor, but the shrimp was just so well-cooked. Might've been boiled shrimp with a batter baked onto the outside given the texture of the meat.Fish Sandwich: 10/10. Fried fish sandwiches can get really bready or fall apart from all of the wet ingredients. This did neither. The bun was toasty and light. The breading on the fish is crispy and not heavy. The slaw alone wasn't amazing to me, but it goes awesomely with this sandwich.
Delicious looking food I will be there very soon PS nothing but five stars for me and other people thank you very much
Amazing eating, amazing drinks. my common seafood in eugene.
The crab cake was delicious. However, the calamari dish had a baby octopus in it, which was upsetting to my daughter and caused us both to feel uncomfortable. I tried to remove it for a bite, but it ruined our appetites. I suggest including a warning on the menu for parents with sensitive children, or at least noting that the dish may contain baby octopus. The fish was okay, but the experience with the calamari left us disappointed. When I showed two waitresses the intact baby octopus, they just laughed.
