Prompt service, nice staff and open to the bedtime of a senior. The food and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Really cool place, great sandwiches and entertainment

My wife and I visited the 4th. West Pub a few times during our trip to Escalate. We expect a local diving bar, and while we found the mood we wanted, we are both very impressed by our meals, drinks and service. Dave (Yes, The Dave) was so friendly and shared information about not only the area but the building where the bar is. A must stop when you're in the area!

I went for the food and it was good (I only drank water). The lack of the 5th star is due to the lack of a desert menu. However, this place was great and I would go again. Pork tacos for the win. Friendly bar and kitchen staff. The place was clean. And listen people passing through, this place is polite but don't expect them to pretend to be metropolitan. Great place if you find yourself in the middle of Utah.
