Ordered online today. Was nervous about it but my protein bowl was made perfect!
They seem to always mess up my online order. I learned today it’s probably because I order a #6 and they automatically think a 6”. So I’ve learned to check my order before I waste gas going back.But… today they messed it up like always, I told them what was wrong and in return the messed it up even worse, which I did not believe it was possible. I ordered 3 footlongs, initially they gave me 2.5 footlongs (as usual) when they fixed it and I drove all the way home with 1 footlong and 2 six inches. ?. And now they won’t answer their phones.Come on subway. Get it together. I shouldn’t be accustomed to getting my order wrong in the first place.
Food was freshly made, seemed understaffed due to the line to the door, and the drive thru was out of order (which is the one thing I enjoy about this subway). I hate that the menu keeps changing with random #20, #5’s here and there.
