Restaurant bewertenWhat a charming little spot! The coffee is fantastic, and the baked goods are delightful as well. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning to try their breakfast and lunch offerings.
Both employees were extremely rude when I visited. It's free to be kind. It's unfortunate that businesses in a small town can be so unwelcoming and impolite.
Wow! I always thought you could only find pastries, cakes, and treats like these in a big city! The desserts are beautiful, the quiches are delicious, and the place is so charming! The owner, Tina, is even sweeter than her cheesecake—she truly has a heart of gold! What an amazing experience! I ended up taking more home because I couldn't just choose one, or even five! This is definitely a must-visit place for a self-indulgent treat!
This place is a great place to stop when they are ever in edgefield. we live in charleston, but my mother recently moved to edgefield. we had not yet gone to the historic city of the city and really thought that pizza hut and mcdonalds were the only eating options. we were pleasantly surprised to find this place by a google maps search. the dining options are centered around baked goods and grilled cheese sandwiches. I had the bacon jalapeño popper grilled sandwich. it also included some grape yellow. it was served on normal white brot and really felt like a unique sandwich that I could make after a few drinks home, haha. I really enjoyed it and felt like there was something I would find nowhere else. my mother had the reubs that were grilled and very traditional. it was delicious, but the meat was not completely warmed, which was a bit different for me, but still a good sandwich overall. we also bought some of their homemade maurer jar snack mixes. the banana pudding mixture comprised vanilla wafers, dried bananas and white chocolate chips. very good and has the taste of banana pudding. another unique creation we enjoyed. we'll come back to the next time.
Recommended by the Ford dealership down the road and was not disappointed! Ordered a blueberry Lemon cookie, some kind of lemomade/tea, raspberry Italian soda, a coffee Frappuccino of some sort (can't recall what it was exactly) a plain grilled cheese and the holy grail of them all; pulled pork grilled cheese. OMG. If you're just driving through town, please stop here. It's a cute, small quaint place with outside tables. There was so much more I wanted to try ! If ever in the area again, will make another stop !
