Power Lunch - Duncan

We met friends here for breakfast. The restaurant is very small with table crammed in so there is always someone trying to squeeze by. The breakfast menu is very limited but the breakfast panini was tasty. The coffee is good. Prices are okay. I recommend purchasing from here but take out, don't eat in as it's too noisy and crowded to enjoy a meal.

If I want some comfort food for lunch, this is the place! The sandwiches, the soup, the service are always good but I also come here when I NEED a really good coffee.

This is a small little café not too far off the highway so well worth the detour. Not only is the staff warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door but all that caring seems to overflow into the delish dishes from the main menu items to the decadent desserts. My eyes were much bigger than my stomach as the portions were hearty and generous. To be on the safe side I had my dessert and coffee first. Best Nanaimo bars right here!! I had a mini sausage pizza and my family each had paninis. So good. This might be a regular stop when we drive through Duncan.

Stopped in with Mom yesterday and we both had a veggie pizza. They were AMAZING. Probably underpriced for the size and taste!!! Took two GIANT scones for home and they were for sure The BEST scones in the whole world. Will definitly be back.

This food is the best ever. Seriously. The enormous salad is enormous on taste too. Get the chicken on the side, it is by and large the best chickeny bang for your buck. All healthy so reduced guilt. Well, mostly healthy, aside from a few pastries.
