Restaurant bewertenI was there yesterday. I bought a copper speckmelt. I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat, but the maid jazmin was very patient to explain every melt. service was friendly and fast.
Joanna always makes a fantastic job. I was frankly frustrated until I heard them ending on the other, she is a hard worker and gets the job done. I wouldn't go to the burger king if she wasn't a hired man because I had sooo many problems with all the others. I'm literally just going when she works. one of their new male hired has thrown me down because he made my order wrong when I told him 15 times. joanna worked for happiness and got my order right and when I saw joanna, I knew my order was right and took care of her.
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS! The same incident that Michael J experienced happened to us too. We were a group of 5 and decided to use the drive-through. We were informed that they only accepted cash, and unfortunately, all we had was a $100 bill. Without checking the price first, we paid and were given only $23 in change for our $50 worth of food (which we confirmed through the app). When we raised our concerns, the woman at the window took back the cash and claimed we had actually spent $70 on food, offering only $35 in change. When we requested a receipt, we were told the machine was broken, along with the card reader. Instead, she showed us a simple calculator with the number 70 as proof of our purchase. We suggested waiting for the receipt machine to be fixed, but were informed it could not be repaired until corporate arrived. Furthermore, she exaggerated the size of our order, claiming each small/medium fry cost $5 (which was untrue), and quoted prices for meals we had not even ordered. As we were in a hurry, we took the $35 and left feeling deceived. After reading other reviews, it seems the woman's name is Janet. "Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to be scammed. When I tried to order, they gave me different prices from the ones on the drive-thru menu and argued when I pointed it out. They refused to adjust the prices. If a restaurant is willing to engage in that kind of dishonesty, what else might they be capable of? Fast food joints like this one are franchised, meaning they are locally owned. This suggests that the owner is not above taking advantage of their own community members. Why support this kind of establishment?" - Michael J.
Joanna at the drive-thru was fantastic! The food arrived promptly and it was wonderful to experience such a great personality and excellent service after a long night. She definitely deserves recognition and compensation for providing such outstanding customer service.
Ordered a frozen Coke in the Drive-Thru the lady told me the machine was broken but to please pull up to the window. I figured they might give me a Coke instead for being stuck in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes. The manager stepped up rudely said hey themachine's broken boss they sent me on my way wouldn't give me a coke at all. Great customer service never come back
