Umami Umami - DRESHER

Umami Umami is a local gem. Very authentic fresh Korean and sushi. The sushi is outstanding- extremely fresh and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options. The Korean dishes, including spicy bolgolgi and dolsot bimbimbap are delicious, and particularly good on a cold winter night. Everyone is very friendly, and Eric, our waiter was always smiling and efficient.

The staff was very attentive. Not a big Japanese food person but the waitress helped us through getting our order. Food was very good. Came on time and was prepared nicely. This was a first date, my date went really well and the atmosphere helped.

The dining area was almost empty when we arrived. We ordered and had to wait over an hour to even see a waitress to ask about our meal! We watched two separate tables come in , order, drink, eat and leave before we even got our food. The food was OK at best and overpriced for what we ordered. I will never return again due to the poor service!

The food was good, the sushi rice was not that tasty but the fish were great. the hot Bibimba was very good
