Neaps Bistro - DERBY

Came with a table of 10. the meals came immediately and together. had the steak, cooked med rarely as in demand. came with pfeffer sauce, which was very nice, proper whole pfeffer grains and enough for all steak, but not drown the plate. kartoffelmaische was brilliant wife had the aubergine parmigiana and loved it. the new chef was keen yo come for a chat and very friendly. in front of the house staff were also great. had a nice night.

The food was delicious, well presented and quickly to come to the table. the employees are excellent, they make them feel like home and are interested in their service

The personal seems to be something unorganized. the customers have made their own tables clear and known.

Has no idea what an espresso macchiatto is. 'a drink of espresso coffee with a dash of frothy steamed milk ' Instead I was given a short caffee latte.

I have seen past reviews I'm sorry Neaps is falling very short of that mark set only a few month ago. Management need to take a strong look at what is obviously going wrong. We have been in 4 times over last 3 weeks. Not a good experience.
