Neaps Bistro - DERBY

Came in with a table of 10. Meals came out promptly and together. Had the steak, cooked med rare as asked. Came with pepper sauce which was very nice, proper whole peppercorns and enough for the whole steak but not drowning the plate. Potato mash was awesome Wife had the eggplant parmigiana and loved it. The new chef was keen yo come out for a chat and very friendly. Front of house staff were also great. Had a lovely night.

Had a fantastic big breakfast twice, which my husband and I shared Latte’s were a real treat well made full flavour The mushroom mix with breakfast was so tasty highly recommend. The poached eggs cooked perfectly We went back for dinner the steak was cooked beautifully fresh tasty sides was very good My husband had the seafood marinara was a disappointment The sauce was thick and gluggy he couldn’t eat too much of it but he said the crepe dessert made up for it was very delicious with the fruit etc. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable Highly recommended this place just don’t have the marinara Everything else was fantastic

Came with a table of 10. the meals came immediately and together. had the steak, cooked med rarely as in demand. came with pfeffer sauce, which was very nice, proper whole pfeffer grains and enough for all steak, but not drown the plate. kartoffelmaische was brilliant wife had the aubergine parmigiana and loved it. the new chef was keen yo come for a chat and very friendly. in front of the house staff were also great. had a nice night.

The food was delicious, well presented and quickly to come to the table. the employees are excellent, they make them feel like home and are interested in their service

Had a very nice breakfast of speck and stir on sourdough toast washed with coffee. looked outside in the dog friendly area. the staff was very friendly and cheerful. many seats are available in the inner when it is hot or the bugs become annoying.
