Restaurant bewertenPho is only generic, nothing super great. tofu was overwhelming and veggies option was somehow slimy/cooked. good if they are in the opposite, but don't go away from that.
I would give it five stars if there was a fully vegan restaurant. get the traditional pho with vegan broth, veggies, and tofu. you will not regret it
Ordered: apps- •Tofu jump rolls entree- •Vegan pho tofu jump rolls were packed in rice paper that I personally don’t fan of, seems a little tasteless, especially if the ‘protein’ inside is not seasoned/prepared well, in this case it was just toofu and some water-based vegetables, nothing very aromatic. the soße saved this app though, it was enough to really make for a nice app! the vegan pho dish was huge! not sure whether this was only standard for pho, I am new to him, but the taste was on it, got veggies tofu in my, quite brilliant and definitiw satisfied with portions after the meal. price was also not too bad, the visit worth
This place has quite good Vietnamese food. I enjoyed the tofu banh mi the most and would come back for it. This is the first place in Denver where I could order banh xeo. It wasn't as good as I was hoping, but I'm glad I tried anyway. The outside of the banh xeo could? ve was more crisp and the inside cooked more.
The Pho at this restaurant is simply delicious! Everything we tried was excellent. They even have a vegetarian option made with vegetable broth.
