Krystal - Dalton

Krystals has a negative reputation, but I had a craving today so I decided to give it a try. I went through the drive-thru and was greeted politely. I ordered the number 1 combo with a large coke. The staff member was very polite when taking my order and payment, and wished me a pleasant meal as I drove away. The food was delicious, with crispy and well-seasoned fries and flavorful krystals. I want to thank the staff working on April 9th, 2022 around 2pm for their great service. I will definitely be returning thanks to them.

Carmen was exceptional during my visit to the restaurant. I waited in line for 40 minutes, but upon realizing that there were only two cars in front of me who were using DoorDash, I understood the delay. When I reached the window, Carmen immediately apologized and I could see that she was managing the entire operation single-handedly. Despite being overwhelmed, she remained composed and even handled the food preparation herself. Carmen handed me my order and apologized once again, to which I commended her on her hard work and asked for her name. She introduced herself as Carmen and I expressed my admiration for her exceptional service. The food she prepared was delicious and my companion Bobby was also pleased with his meal. Upon returning home, I reflected on the experience and considered pursuing a career in a similar field in the future. Thank you, Carmen, for a wonderful dining experience!

The food was prepared promptly after we placed our order and delivered directly to our car as soon as it was ready. The staff members were all very friendly and were diligently following safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of both customers and employees, which we truly appreciated. It is rare for me to have such a perfect experience where everything and everyone was excellent. Thank you for the fantastic service, we can't wait to come back again!
