Bonez - Crested Butte

Bonez is the best Mexican food in Crested Butte. I usually take tons of photos of my food, but it was so good that I ate it too fast! I don't drink, and they made me the best virgin Watermelon Margarita in the world! We have chicken fajitas, pork-carnitas tacos, the poke dishes and the children's dishes are also so delicious. Because this restaurant is so popular, go early! We went before 5:00 to get our names on the list and waited for 20 minutes (because we have a party of 8! . Since it is at the far end of the city if you stay on Mt. Crested Butte, and at the stop at the far end of the city, and it is right there. Enjoy!

Best Margaritas!! No orange taste and delicious tequila. Great Mezcals, order the Guacamole. It's my way every time I get to CB. Can I give it 10 stars?

Thank you for the best 15. Wedding anniversary dinners of all times! I'm on a ski tour to Crested Butte, CO from Louisiana. My husband and I wanted a romantic/ fun dinner after a wonderful day of skiing. So, I have my name with the host waiting for a 1.5 hours. Then we go in the snow on Main Street/ Downtown for a sweet shopping experience. When we approached the table, a waiter placed water, chips and 3 types of homemade salsa on the table. Each bathroom was a balance of unique sweet and spicy favors. I warned of waiting staff that the yellow pineapple salsa was the hottest. My server suggested some cocktails in the evening. We decided on the upper shelf margaritas on the rocks. The top shelf margaritas were strong, but sweet, the bar kept her margarita recipe mastered. We were very hungry after our walk. We ordered the table page Guacamole and Queso Blanco immediately. That was a great choice! Also the Shrimp Fajitas had the most juicy pop in your mouth shrimps I've ever tasted. Do not forget to stop from hosting to get some great souvenirs. I bought the black/red mermaid Bonez shirt and a gray Bonze hat. I could not believe that this little town has the most fanatic employees from the front of the house manager to the chiefs. This restaurant has a great program to reward her teammates. If you have the minimum of $500 the owner will your tip, WOW. It was good to maintain the great work! I'm the first, the Tip Bell for January 2022!

Food is great, good enough that I picked up Guac Salt on my way! It is not surprising considering that Secret Stash has it

You really need a 6th star. Bonez is that good. Our party had enchiladas (best i have had ever), surf turf fajitas (the shrimp is awesome and meat is cooked on the red side of mid rare, i.e., perfect) and fish tacos (awesome fish). We sat at the bar to save a 45 minute (by the time we left it was 90 minutes) wait. The bartender (a young woman) had excellent recommendations. They will serve you a seven tequila flight but you have to ask, not on the menu. Great atmosphere, everything was perfect.
