KFC - Cowra

Went here today.Thought it would be a good option as we needed the restroom as well.When we entered there were 4 people adjacent to the restrooms.so we couldn't go in.There were two employees plus two young persons blocking the way.The two employees had the door open and were talking to the workers.Odd!! Next minute the young non employees had two paper bags of food.???? Made our order and proceeded to use restrooms.!!! Absolutely filthy. The tables were also dirty.Looked like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth.In these covid times there are no excuses.If you can't have a clean safe place to eat.....close!!!!!

Thought we would grab a quick lunch so ordered the tenders box. the box came with a tiny pack of popcorn chicken not the size that you would usually get with this order, also no mash potato and gravy just gravy. still charged the full price.

We had no trouble with our order today and very yummo but to the two ladies who were very rude about the new trainee (3rd shift) yes you had to wait for particular piece of chicken but why go off about the trainee, they have a lot to learn. How would you like if it was someone going off on one of your children.

Idk who's working here but istg someone's pubes were deep fried in my zinger box. Potato and gravy looked and tasted like someone failed NNN. Zinger burger had asparagus instead of lettuce and crispy rat.

Just plain bad. 1/5 because I can't rate this place any lower. Slow service and botched orders. Management should be appalled
