Bojangles' - Covington

The service was a little slow through the ride because the dining area was closed on a Sunday. We just wanted a cup of coffee and fortunately we weren't in a hurry. Coffee was great and service was friendly this day. The only reason for the 4 stars is waiting. I'm sure they have more time with their service with full staff. Would stop again when you go through and visit Covington Location.

Everything was great except I needed a fork or something to eat my Koleslaw. I know that chicken wings are higher than usual, but come to no one should ask for food utensils, straw and napkins. Pbt1706

I ordered a bowl of cheese and got my geese in a timely fraction, but had to go back to the line because there was no cheese. When I told the cashier at Drive-Thru that cheese is extra good, I asked about cheese and didn't get it, maybe she thought I couldn't afford $0.60 added to my order she wasn't very pleasant about her mistake this morning

The food was incredible! My husband and I both have the Bo sandwich, his crispy and my grilled. We tried each other and we're both happy! Haha

Food is always delicious. Service is good. Always a long line. They stay SUPER busy.
