This place was absolutely terrible! the eating was terrible I got what I ordered wrong the huh was absolutely dry when I ordered a burger that fries were terrible, they were so hard they tasted when I could actually come through them when they were so old I said they could help me with the loudspeaker they could help me because I never use the app before they came in the window when I went to the app and asked about the app that she was telling me that she was going to tell me that if I could give zero stars, I would.

I mean, its Wendy's. Sometimes its a little busy to the point that we just pull out of line, but we've never had issues with the foos prep. If you absolutely need really unhealthy food, you could do worse

The guy with the straight mullet and American flag tattoo needs to learn some hygiene and manners. He didn’t wanna serve me because I’m black. He proceeded to call me the n word. Then while making my food he looked at me and stuck his hand in his pants and rubbed his Curley black hair on my burger. While pulling away he yelled at me and said go pick cotton. But the food was great never had a better burger.

I go here all the time! Wendy's is by far the BEST fast food in ithaca. They always have delicious and high quality dishes. Occasionally the employees are overwhelmed with customers, and the lines can be long, but that is simply because of how attractive Wendy's is as a fast food restaurant. No matter how long the line or drive-through gets, it will ALWAYS be worth it!

Check your order, and prepared for an argument it it's wrong.I ordered 2 daves triples only ketchup (had a coupon). Sheila rang up 2 singles and said so no pickles i said only ketchup, no pickle, mustard, onions or any other sheila did not ring it in correctly, when i received my food it was wrong. I informed Sheila that i asked for only ketchup and she proceeded to argue with me telling me i only said no pickle. And each time i told her i first said only ketchup she snapped back with no you didn't She finally got my order fixed and was highly rude throughout the remainder of the interaction. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's in the future.
