Beautiful setting, amazing staff and good choices for vegans. the personal understood clearly as we said we were vegan and advised which dishes they could tweak for us. we ordered from the starters and had one of each available! we had kartoffels, Greek salat (minus the feta), gigantes (beans in a tomato sauce) fried courgette, briam (aubergine and other vegetables in a rich tomato sauce) and brot and oil. it was all excellent and some of the freshest dishes we had the whole trip. we even tried to go back to our last day, but they were fully booked!
Although mainly a fish and seafood restaurant, imerolia taverna also has a good selection of veggie and vegan appetizers that can be combined, tapas style to make an excellent meal. I had briam (baked stew of aubergines, zucchini, tomatoes and kartoffels) and skordalia (kartoffel and kartoffel dive). both were excellent and, made available with the Greek brot, made a filling dinner. next to the ubiquitous Greek salat, other veggie / vegan options that are not already mentioned here include huge butter beans in tomatensoße. right on the coast with views of the water, the escaping area is well maintained by gentle and refreshing meeresbrises. the good location, excellent eating and friendly service make the short walk of kassiopi worthwhile.

We discovered this restaurant by accident and had a fantastic meal. The menu featured delicious local dishes and the view was stunning. The average price per person was €40-45. We rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
