Dunkin' - Congers

The macchiato was perfectly balanced with the right mix of milk and coffee—just spot on. The hash browns were a bit overcooked but served hot. The breakfast sandwich was warm and definitely not greasy. The muffin was a delightful seasonal treat!

My bag was not sealed and this been happening too often

I always order from this location because it’s very close to my house. Today, I ordered two teas and a latte. I really appreciated the note they included in my order letting me know that they were out of tea and had substituted refreshers instead. That actually worked out perfectly, as I would have chosen them as substitutes anyway! Additionally, this is by far the best Dunkin' I’ve been to; they truly know how to make a great iced vanilla latte. I've never had a bad one from them!

They frequently make mistakes with orders and do not package the items properly.

This restaurant has a beautiful, cozy, and clean atmosphere. The staff is warm and friendly, making you feel welcome. It's a popular spot, with people coming and going for their coffee. The egg and sausage croissant is excellent!
