Subway - Collierville

That's, hands down, the best subway I've ever had. When you think about Subway, 5 star customer service and smiling faces is NOT the first thing to think. This subway location has me a changed woman. My work is around the corner and on the days when I forget my lunch, I have my favorite subway to look forward to. Staff at this point welcome you quickly, help you and all with a smile and real kindness. Oh and it's also super clean here, Amazing!

The wonderful employees at this Subway are always pleasant and helpful. Great sandwich, quick service even at a busy time of the day.

Bro just a tip for everyone to order in person because if you order online they are wrong I order two subs and they mix them up and then "fixed" them through just moving the tomatoes and etc. but they just gave up and gave us just what they had and then when we came home and saw it wrong, we tried to call at least 30 times and got no answer. Terrible service and when we told them that it was wrong, they were like “No we did it right” but then said “oh” and simply moved the meat and kick.

Horrible customer service and pathetic attitude. Did not get the name of this lady, but was an African American on heavy side, should be trained on manners before putting her infront of customers

I give it 2 stars because the food was excellent. However I do take issue with an employee working there. I was unable to get a name to make a complaint. However her behavior was not professional. She was in the lobby sweeping and was on the phone. While on the phone, she spoke at a very high level many cuse words and spoke racial slurs into the phone. She continued this the entire time we were there which was 10 min. Children came in as we were leaving and the language still continued. From what I could see, she might have been the manager because the employees behind the counter were asking if they could go on lunch. Not what I expected to get when I visited. Very very Un family friendly.
