Maid-rite - Christopher

I paid $20 for two sandwiches and two drinks. This place is still a local landmark that I've known since my childhood. It was nice to revisit.

We stumbled upon this little gem, and we're so glad we did! While the selection isn't extensive, the food is delicious. If you find yourself in the Rend Lake area and crave a good sandwich, this place is definitely worth the trip. The journey there is well worth it!

We dined there for dinner last week, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the staff did an excellent job taking care of their customers. The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic.

I heard about the legendary Christopher Made-Rite since I moved to Southern IL 30yrs.ago. I had my first visit today. Unfriendly, indifferent staff. The only good thing I can say about all the experience is that the cakes are homemade and worth a trip there. Also check cash or just!!! the most rude, acting like the chief of them all, loudly announced to listen to everyone.

Maid rite delux with cheese and coconut cream pie was amazing and very reasonable, great service as well. So glad Eric took over, now its open till 9 pm. It's delicious. Go find out for yourself. You'll be glad you did.
