My friend raved about how good the chicken wings are at Gilligan's. I love a good wing and look forward to Wednesday evening. The problem is we sat and waited for a server for well over twenty minutes. We asked for a server, and no one came. Major failure on that end. The wings when we finally served were five-star good. Service is slow and the food over priced and average at best. Entertainment at the Tiki bar this summer was subpar compared to previous summers.

This spot was a the view from our outdoor table on a perfect late summer evening. We were so impressed with Gillian's we went twice during our vacation here. There was live music both nights and the atmosphere was incredible. The staff were very nice and fast. The food quality was also great and above what you might think is bar food! I recommend their chicken wings, volcanic nachos, and shrimp basket.
