Wing Zone - Charlotte

Absolutely terrible. They don't even give you what you paid for. What are you waiting for? If I order 4 additional pages carrots and celery as a page, why I just got bags celery and they are brown at both ends

We came too late to Charlotte for a trip and tried to get a meal in the late night. We saw the Wing Zone was open until 1:00. We went in at 12:15 a.m. and were screamed that they were told? And then they immediately locked the doors behind us. We saw 5 other people trying to go after us, too.

I came Sunday, July 24, and I have to say. Work ethics and customer service are not bad and all people working this night should be fired. The cooks where with jolly conversations during taking 30-40 per order . The young girl who led the register was very unprofessional and wore an attitude that was very ghetto to say it nicely. This is not the reason why this is the case that is really close to the end.

Terrible experience! We ordered from this place, hoping to get some good wings. From the pictures on the menu, I thought we were for a treat. We ordered 4 flavors and all 4 were tasteless. I ordered a Family Pack 30 and didn't get the Jumbo Wedge Fries. The Jumbo Kettle chips were boiled over, which changed the taste of them. I ordered the Crunch Wings and they were cooked so dark and had no taste. It was a total disappointment that I used DoorDash, which usually refunds or credits your account for inalienable items, but I was not offered this option for this place. That's what left my food in the wrong hotel room. When I got the message that my order was dropped, it wasn't at our door. My husband had to go to the hall to find our food. Our room number was on order, he didn't care. The first picture with the golden fried wings is what I ordered. The second picture is what I have. The third picture is the boiled boiler chips I got. I'll never order from the Wing Zone again.

My food was hot delicious and Safely sealed from from delivery. The funnel cake fries are absolutely delicious and my cheeseburger was cooked just right. Thank you guys. Oh and those wedge fries are fire too.
