Kanji Fresh Sushi - Caringbah

Good quality sushi. but not cheap. Kanji is a small Japanese esserei with a somewhat authentic feeling. it's pokey. near no seat. simple menu. chefs who seem like the right thing. / sushi is made fresh and the tiger roll tasted. not really a place to dive in. / I would come back.

Great sushi joint in the shire! all dishes were amazing without the need for extra soy sauce. the salmon was amazing and the tiger role was made beautiful. the takoyaki balls I wish they had a more crunchy outside was still very pleasant.great prices and service. love it!

Service is brisk regardless of the usual waiting crowd. Quality remains excellent and value for money is also good. I usually buy the Take Away Bento Box. It's quite a meal and still under $30.00.

Kanji are my favourite sushi place to go. They are very fresh, fast and reasonably priced. There are always people lining up no matter what time of day you go, which should tell you enough. I really recommend trying Kanji.
