Highway 151 - Candler

I've ate here several times, Foods good and staff is friendly. So if it's a home cooked meal and southern hospitality you're looking for this is the place to go, dining in or carry out good either way!

They have good homestyle food. REAL mashed potatoes, and great ice tea. The hamburger stake was delicious. Pinto beans were probably Lucks, and they need to chop up their slaw a little more.Serving portions were moderate. They need to stay open later 4 o'clock, they close the door. The waitress was kinda on the hot side. I'd take a mess of her with her boyfriend chopping on my back with an axe.

Nice little place to eat. The waitress was very friendly and checked on us often. Our food was good except the green beans. They were bland. They did have a good bar as well and it was pretty good too.

We stopped by for a friendly, casual dinner and were not disappointed. Everyone was super nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. Nice hearty meals at a great price. Our waitress, Robin, was sweet as could be and suggested her favorite meal to me when I asked her. The Little Ricky sandwich was fantastic!
