Friendly service, rustic little hole in the wall. Nothing too fancy!

This is a lovely restaurant. We were welcomed by a friendly server who invited us to pick our own seating. Once we settled into a booth, she promptly brought us our drinks and fresh coffee. We ordered blueberry pancakes and biscuits and gravy. There were many options available, including chocolate gravy, but we decided to go with the traditional variety. The food was delicious and had a homemade quality. It was clear that many regulars frequented the place, which is a good sign for consistent service and quality.

Delicious! This is the best hamburger I've had in a long time, and the fries were perfect. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

I absolutely love dining at The Dixie! It feels just like a home-cooked meal. The desserts are made fresh daily by Johnnye, the owner. They often have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, especially during the summer. It’s always a fun and friendly atmosphere!
