Simply Slices - Burbank

I love this place... I always buy their shaved ice but also order their pizza. Their ingredients are fresh...Pizza sauce is too die for. They also have two locations... One is in Burbank and the other is Crestwood. Both locations are equally great. Serviceis always very friendly. They are clean (which is typically the 1st thing i notice). Their bathrooms are immaculate...which Ipersonally appreciate. I enjoy coming to this establishment... GET THE SHAVED ICE...IT WILL BE HOT OUT SOON AND YOU WILL NOTREGRET IT! (I always get two with no flavor..but the flavors are also very very tasty...i just have a thing for ice)... Oooh trythe garlic bread with cheese too.

Best pizza by the slice around. Especially customizable, crunchy crust. Awesome!!!

They are apparently having issues with people misusing credit cards and resorted to asking for an ID with card purchases. I come here weekly and have been carded inconsistently. I don?t have an issue with that because I understand why they need to do so,however when I ask them about their carding policy this preteen looking kid (he has blue eyes) resorted to getting defensive. Itwas just a simple question that I?m sure gets asked every now and then. Appalling customer service. Happened May 22, 2019 andapproximately 1pm.

Wow talk about excellent customer service.! Came here with my pitbull so I walked through the drive thru, she jumped up at the window cuz she smelled the food lol, well I told her it wasn't for her but the lady smiled and said she had something for herand gave her a treat : Few minutes later asked if it was okay to give another.! Of course my puppy's a good girl so I said yeah : And as if that wasn't kind enough, they refused the tip I offered, and they were even gonna give her some pizza too.! I'mcompletely blown away.! To be very honest the pizza kinda sucks lol but I'm definitely coming back just cuz of how great ofpeople they are in there.!
