Caffe Citta - București

Firstly I walked in and was asked to leave as they accused me from coming from the pool. No dress code stated then said I was not allowed to wear sandels and shorts. Average food at best. I wanted to order the cod but was flatly refuaed as they ' 'dont have no apology or forewarning upon receiving the menu. Very unimpressed. Tacky decor. I have been living in this hotel for 3 weeks and my first time visiting this restaurant and obky venturwd as it was the ONLY one open this evening.

Was here many times.Last time was one year ago was supper staff was all smile , know everything about food, menu super ... but now I come in July 2019 all staff change , no smile, answers are given strictly, I feel from them face like they not happy work... menu change I don’t know why
