A meal full of surprise... from the discovery of each plate to the addition! About 70 € per head by eating only basic products the addition continues to cross!! Discreet fresh/locaux products were at the RDV but meat was almost absent!! The knowledge to do is to pay, but at this price we have exceeded the stage of luxury ... and yet without caviar/saumon/foie gras or truffle!

Restaurant that marvels at every passage. The concept is slightly revisited with 5 imposed dishes including a theme springs each time. Also surprising, it is about making us (re)discover unexpected flavors. From beet to fennel to cooked pepper in an unknown way, in short, an explosion of flavor. Finally, a special attention from the managers for the occasion of my birthday which literally was the cherry on the cake.
