Dunkin' - Bridgman

Stopped for coffee this morning and something about my drink didn’t taste quite right. I hate having to send drinks back, but the two ladies working this morning were incredibly nice and understanding. They kindly offered to remake the drink and it tasted perfect the second time around. Thank you both for being so nice this morning!

Coffee on tap. Bakery goods on display case. Clean and spacious. Best dunkin' I've seen.

Shocked at how slow they move. I mean its to a point where they have to be trying to be slow. 3 times ive left the drive thru because it didnt move at all for 15 minutes. AVOID(Update after a break) I ordered a coffee and donut at the drive thru. They forgot my coffee. Its like they are toddlers. Had to wait an extra 8 mins at the window for them to take 3 mins hanging before starting on the drink they forgot. Expect even the simplest things to be wrong

Just stopped in and had a cruller and a chocolate cruller. Young lady was so peasant and had a wonderful smile.

My husband went on a Saturday morning to get donuts (ya, know... kinda what Dunkin' DONUTS is known for). They had NO glazed donuts. My husband chose blueberry and frosted with sprinkles donuts instead. They were hard and dried out. Not fresh at all! We will not be going to this Dunkin' again.Update: we have gone again. Once, I asked for time to think about my order, and the guy working made fun of me, so I left.Another time they had no iced coffee...
