Solmar - Bridgeport

The food and service at solmar was awesome. The people there are Friendly. Food was delicious. Had a wonderful time there. I encourage everyone to try!

Born and raised in Newark, NJ I was hoping for decent food. I must say this place surpassed my expectations, the food, sangria and service were amazing! Will visit again.

The restaurant is amazing. The chef is the best. The bartenders are friendly and great. I ordered several times from here and I love their Steak with Egg on top. I love the drinks too. The only thing that I wish to change is the kitchen times. The kitchen closes at 8 PM which is I think too early for dinners. Everything else is wonderful!!

In the hollow of Bridgeport one can find this restaurant. For those from the old neighborhood can identify the building as the old Oakview Tavern. Oh my has it changed!! The tavern is now a restaurant serving Portuguese food and I would highly recommend it. Food was delicious and tasty.

The food looks very nice and the people are só kind to us.
