Peter Havens Restaurant - Brattleboro

I had a nice dinner here on Saturday. The restaurant is spacious and the tables are far apart, which is an intimate meal. I recommend the duck and truffle potatoes. Service was excellent.

Last night in Peter Havens with my love was the service stellar, as usual. The food is always delicious and delicious. However, I was surprised that when the pan meerrot scallops were brought to the table, there was a very fishy smell. I am very special with seafood (my father was a deep sea fisherman). Although they did not taste fishy, the scent was so good that I gave it to my husband. We'll come back anyway. Just let the team know.

Peter Havens merged with the square next door. They were open for lunch. FRESH turkey, produce and roll. Really nice people work there. Saw outside. Very enjoyed our short visit. We'll be back. Great sandwiches. Very relaxing, sitting outside and watching people go.

One of the best meals I have had in Vermont. Both the food and the service were top notch, and the outdoor patio was quiet and pleasant. Even the cocktails were delicious and generous as well. We happened onto Pete Havens when passing through Brattleboro, but I would go back again any time.
