Afghan Choopan - Bothell

This restaurant is a true hidden gem. Nestled behind the greenery of a main road, it boasts a stunning ambiance adorned with Afghani art. The food? Incredible. The Mantu dumplings are nothing short of a revelation—tart, tender, and fresh. You simply have to try the Lamb Qabuli Pallaw; it's pure bliss on a plate. A heartfelt thanks to the lovely family for hosting us in this wonderful space. This is exactly what a restaurant should be!

The food and prices were quite average. I really liked the decor and atmosphere, which had an Afghan theme. It would have enhanced the experience even more if they played some Afghan music. The outdoor area looks even more appealing, and they do have parking available.

My wife and I have visited this restaurant over eight times, and I can confidently say that their food is EXCELLENT. The quality and freshness of the dishes, along with their flavorful combinations, rank among the best I’ve ever experienced—likely in my top three to this day. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. We enjoy everything on the menu, and the Afghan bread they serve is simply delicious! The ambiance, music, and garden seating are fantastic, and the restaurant's cleanliness is outstanding as well.

Delicious food. Great value and tasty unique options. Haven't seen anything like it in the past. Highly recommend it.

Amazing food with reasonable price and nice quiet environment. Wish I have found this place earlier ! Must try if you are living in the neighborhood!
