Restaurant bewertenMy experience in this place with my children was absolutely amazing! the sweet young lady alexa welcomed us in the register and made sure that we take care of it and ask ourselves what we had during our experience! we, where so happy our children have the full experience, and we are so great for these geduld!
The birthday party experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. Our reservation for a group of 10 was from 5:30 to 7:30, and we arrived promptly at 5:15 as instructed. Upon arriving there was no one readily available to greet us and/or show us to our designated seating. After tracking down an event host (5:28); we were escorted to our table, and left there unattended for an additional 12-minutes. Wristbands were not given to our group until 5:48 . . . essentially 20mins after all guests had arrived! Our pizza was brought out at 6:20 (per schedule), and while our server was carrying it out, she dropped both pies on an adjacent table! Sympathetic towards mistakes, we understood that it would take a bit longer to get a new ones made . . . however, what happened next was COMPLETELY MINDBLOWING! . . . we witnessed our server bare handedly pick up each slice from the neighboring table (most of which had landed cheese side down! and proceed to place them on plates to serve them to our kids!! We were completely in shock by this display of incompetence! When confronted on such, her response was Oh, it was just a little . . . and the table is clean WOW!! After showing her the grease covered table from where the pizza had landed, she dimwittedly asked Would you like me to have another one made Lol When the new pies arrived (mysteriously 3mins later it was BEYOND OBVIOUS that they had simply attempted to piece the old ones back together [we have photographic evidence of such . . . similar to a jigsaw puzzle with mismatched pieces]. Aside from that, we were shorted two cups; and incorrect drink selections were served. Not ONCE did anyone come around to ask if we required refills, leading us to fill entire pitchers ourselves. Here's a quick list of things that our host needed to be reminded about Bringing the wristbands- Bringing the cake- Doing the ticket blaster experience- Providing the goody bags (we realized once in the parking lot!)And here's a summary of everything that was forgotten not received No ice cream was given- No tote bags were given- No birthday star bonus tickets were givenFurthermore, things that may have been considered out of the employees' control only seemed to add to the overall stress of the situation. On two separate occasions we had to ask strangers to leave our table (i.e. sitting in our reserved bench where are food, drinks, and personal possessions were CLEARLY present) and one of the times caught a random child rummaging through our group's party favors. As you can tell we're more then a bit disappointed in this location's ability to provide a fun safe birthday experience. For the $400 that was spent on this Ultimate Fun event we expected a higher level of commitment dedication to ensuring a good time was had by all. Sadly though, that was not the case.UPDATE : It's becoming abundantly clear that lack of customer service skills trickle down from the top of this company. The initial response received from my original post asked me to reach out to customer relations via the phone and/or email address provided . . . which I have . . . numerous times . . . to no avail. Yesterday I made [3] phone attempts and left [2] voicemails . . . each time receiving an automated response stating all representatives are busy assisting other callers and office hours are 9am 5pm . . . calls were made at 2:03pm, 3:33pm, and 4:20pm. I then followed up with an email 4:34pm. Today, I've made 2 additional calls; one at 11:27am and one at 1:34pm, leaving yet another voicemail that with undoubtedly go unanswered. I urge anyone reading this who is considering booking an event through the company to try contact them yourselves on one of the aforementioned means they have publicly provided here. I will continue to update this post until resolution is made.
My kids enjoy themselves all games were working no issues. The place was clean and their was someone walking around to try and keep the machines sanitized
I love that they've remodeled after covid. But I miss seeing h the costumed Chuck E. (You should stop playing his countdown video) also after my game card runs out there was no slide or playground like in the past. Animatronics also gone. Sad. Will return though with the grandkids.
The pizza was good and the employees are so accommodating with anything we requested, and the kids love it there and especially seeing chuck e cheese on someone’s birthday
