Ruffino's - Baton Rouge

Absolutely excellent experience last night to the birthday of my wife. starting on the host booth up to the servers and managers we were told happy birthday. service was the first guess never an empty glass and a constant table touching every 3 minutes. we had a small problem with our steactmp and they were fast to correct it, but it took more than one attempt. we were happy to bring it home as it was. the manager stopped by and wanted to do what he could do to make it right, but we were ready to go. then came a special birthday dessert with a happy birthday on the plate and cotton sweets as well. the manager came with our To-go box and an additional fresh to-go plates with another steak order that insisted that we take care. in the restaurant business means calling everything and I can tell them to deliver ruffinos. they really care about their satisfaction and it shows. very recommend they try this.

The drink service was very good. the food service was slow and unstoppable. the waiter brought food on a car and served from the lower level near the floor. I expected more to form a fine dining place. I've been to ruffino a lot. the service was free tonight.

Dessert was cold in the middle, food otherwise was excellent. Service was great. Air temperature was a bit cold

Service was excellent, food was outstanding. Wine was amazing. As always, Ruffino’s does it right.

Good service, people keep you happy and address you very well. The food is good and the drinks are terrific.
