39 Degrees - ASPEN

We had an early dinner, which was right at the tail end of happy hour. The place was energetic; there was even a DJ. Great atmosphere as long as you aren't looking for a quiet place to dine. The food was average at best and was overpriced for what we got. A great place for drinks appetizers, not dinner.

Feels like a bar scene with loud music. Everyone in our party loved the baked cheese and cauliflower appetizers! Unique and yummy flavors and texture! Steak and burgers also a hit! Music way too loud, but they did turn it down a bit when we asked. We’d go back.

All good except music way too loud for dinner….would be nice if between 6pm and 9pm music were turned down and back up for night club.

This was a terrible experience. It took them an hour just to get us our drinks. Two hours for the food to come and when it did it was either overcooked or undercooked. What a shame. The place has cool modern decor with a DJ and would otherwise be a great bar.

Chef Torres took the time to get out and to speak on the special dish menu and it was overall a beautiful experience. Would absolutely recommend. I will certainly search for more special menus from him.
