Jj's Dive Grill - Arnold

These people were super nice because they let me keep my car parked in their parking lot while I worked on the road with my job. They were trying to figure out if a drunk left it there over night lol...I start working early in the morning and was done by 1pm or 2pm

I heard about this place from all the locals i talked to they said they serve food and drinks. I went in and they had no food just drinks and no beers on tap i really wanted a cheeseburger and fries. The bar tender was very nice a great at doing his job. Thursday March 17th 2022 Price per person: $10–20

Lots of mixed reviews on this bar from folks outside the community. JJ’s is a local dive bar with an awesome history and very welcoming local ownership. Yes, JJ’s used to serve food and still does on certain occasions, but due to the pandemic they have scaled that back (give them a call ahead of time to confirm). Folks who are expecting this to have the same offerings as a chain restaurant need to scale that back. This is a local bar and grill that adjusts their offerings with the changing demands due to the pandemic. I love this bar. When you walk in the first time it can feel a bit intimidating, but like any neighborhood dive bar, the patrons of this bar are friendly as can be. This is not a bar in the Bay Area, respect its local community and the owners who are trying to provide something to Arnold’s economy and community.

This establishment has many fake reviews that should be investigated. This spot is super questionable; barely serve food, homeless sleeping in the parking lot, and overall bad vibes. Called JJ’s before NYE last year and said they would serve food guess what? No food was served which is not the best look on NYE. Head to lube room for a better experience up the hill!
