This is the only place in amman that makes vegan cheese and they make a great job! the cap is fermented, crispy and really beautiful. the labaneh balls are unrealistic. they are not fermented, but they are so nice! the cheddar and the Italian cheese are set with tapioca starch cheese. they are also very nice, old school uncheese cookbook style
