Fine dining in a laid back atmosphere. Drinks are top notch and service was great. Every dish and drink was very subtle and crafted, nothing was too in-your-face. My steak was great, and my wife loved her salmon. The pimento cheese appetizer was tasty as well.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Rosemary Thyme with the best Rib Eye Steak. The steak was cooked for perfection and was hot from the grill when it was brought to the table. The turtle cheese cake was the best I've ever tried. The service was excellent, Mary Catherine was very attentive and expected our every need. We recommend Rosemary Thyme, by the way, breakfast is also excellent. It was a pleasure to have Floyd as our waiter in the morning. All in all, an excellent culinary experience.
