Nothing has to say about the quality of the kitchen but to have cold throughout the meal, because of lack of heating, did not allow me to appreciate the place and the dishes. I don't recommend during the winter months.
Everything for a perfect evening. A faultless one for a family meal. a discreet, efficient and professional service that makes you feel more like a customer than a customer. dishes of a finesse without ostentation. We do not highlight the unknown esoteric ingredients of the mortal community but the simple vegetables revisited to access culinary art. Not a single false note. I didn't want to get out of my house that night and you turned me like a candlestick pancake.
First dining expérience in a Michelin star rated restaurant. Specialized in sea food. Short and well thought about menu, with list of 3 starters ,3 main dishes and 3 desserts. Tried risotto with prawns (19€ , one of the best I had.
Out of the way superb fine dining experience with a focus on well composed fish centric plats. Clearly one of the best seafood focused dinners in FR in a long time! Their menu is limited and simple with wine pairing available. Not many choices if other than 4 vs 6 courses. The server was very informed re the dishes and the wine love it when they can engage in a full conversation! Would definitely return when in the mood for fine seafood.
