A wonderful evening in this beautiful realization of young chef Dan Bessoudo. The restaurant is both authentic and very contemporary. Personal care. Grand sommelier. All the art then expresses itself in the plate, and we ask ourselves fast enough, why there is only one star. The great menu is worth the detour, the first entry with ancient tomatoes from the market is simply exceptional. It is graphic, almost poetic, and the main hall overlooks the valley and sunset. A true gastronomic experience and a promising establishment that will certainly be even more tomorrow than today a regional pride.

A delight from start to finish! Gorgeous setting in the most charming village of Ventabren with views of the valley sea. Each dish was a new discovery, full of surprising flavors, textures elegantly prepared and presented with great finesse. The service was exceptional, the wine, the lighting... and the chef Dan B. came and talked to us at the end we felt so special, and so welcome! A truly exceptional culinary experience. Thank you!
