I typically place my orders online, but this time I decided to call in to ask a few questions. They answered all of my inquiries promptly and politely. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted warmly, just as I always am, and asked if I needed assistance. The food was hot and fresh, prepared to order every time. I also observed the grill crew working together seamlessly at the grill and fryer. A big shout-out to the #5GuysGrillGang!!!

Wait time was much longer than was given on the app. Food The burger and fries are overrated. In my opinion they were certainly not worth approximately $20 Service I went indoors when I was told my meal would be ready. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes, when I didn’t get asked about my order, I then asked if my meal was ready. I was told it was being prepared it was not even busy in the store). I received my meal 5 minutes subsequent to my inquiry with several apologies) by the person who prepared it.
