What’s the point in going to restaurants, the staff is clueless not even qualified. I come from Europe and been a chef for many years , I never seen anything like it , so I did my order online and when I wanted to put a voucher code and couldn’t, so I had to go back down and order from the front , the waitress couldn’t even read my order I made on line , I thought she read it all I paid and when I got my risotto fungi I ordered she put the other risotto there the one with sea food , I couldn’t be bothered to wait for them to redo it as my friend already started theirs , and it didn’t come at same time on same table , I won’t come back to this one ever we use to go to vapiano one ce a week but we will try the other hoping they won’t be the same system has here , it sad to say but I am very disappointed

Obviously a popular departure for locals as they were busy, but the service stayed fast and friendly.

Although the trading hour is from 7:00am on Saturday, they only open the al fresco area so did not have the chance to sit in the nice comfortable indoor dining area. I have no problem with Merlo coffee, however, the one that I had was slightly too weak. Scone was freshly baked but there was no surprisingly texture as what I had next door, particularly the jam that provided was food merchandise that was let down as the next door would serve freshly homemade one. I never had it, but it was chosen anyway because I believed in this place. it turned out to be a total hit with all at the assembly I took it and they loved it.
