We were warmly welcomed by the host David at the door and then welcomed again by our very professional, warm and powerful waiter. The service was excellent and the food was even better. We decided to eat tapas style, and the food came gradually at a pace that was perfect and allowed us not to feel and enjoy the experience. The food was tasteful and beautifully presented. The ambience was cozy and comfortable. We really felt like in a restaurant in Spain. Without hesitation we visit Sala One Nine when we travel back to NYC.

Service t the bar and dinner was exceptional. We noticed some s=change in the menu that were very welcomed. Overall the price was over $300.00 without wine and 4 drinks.

Der Kellner war sehr nett, wir wurden vor der angegebenen Öffnungszeit eingelassen und bedient, worüber wir durchgefroren sehr froh waren. Das bestellte Essen (Meeresfrüchte, Dorade, Lachs) war sehr lecker, die Vorspeisen haben auch gemundet, kleiner Fehler bei den Bruschetta, dass sie ohne Mozzarella geliefert wurden, darüber sahen wir hinweg. Auch die Kaffeespezialitäten waren sehr gut. Ich denke, Stoffservietten wären zu dem Lokal, seinem Ambiente und dem Essen passender aber mehr kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Der Bedienung ist daran gelegen, dass man zufrieden das Lokal verlässt das merkt man. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.
